BASICS OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY.

What do we mean by the term 'safety'?

•Safety can simply be defined as the condition of being free from any harm or risk.

•This is an integral part of any activity which needs to be adhered in an order to maintain the smooth workflow.

•Safety isn't a mere word but an ideology which an individual carries along.

•For Ex:-If an individual doesn't have a safety oriented mindset than he wouldn't implement any system or won't dispense any awareness regarding the safety at the workplace. This would eventually cause him with either the harm to one of his employee or damage to the property.

Why safety is so important?

•It will help you maintain a healthy work environment.

•It will help you maintain a good reputation in the market.

•It will enhance the quality of work and efficiency of the work.

•It will help you save the money and strengthen your financial hold and moreover even regualte the expenses.

•This indirectly would attract the customers and even the investments.

Air sampling : - Basic need of air quality sampling and work environment monitoring and analysis is to find the level of pollution and to work out strategy to reduce it. Need of sampling and monitoring is statutorily suggested by Form no. 37,Rule 12B of the Gujarat Factories Rules.
